Twenty years in BI and data — seven at Dassault Systèmes, a year at Lowe's, and the past ten at AvidXchange, where I run the Data Product domain.
Today I lead 6 PMs across our Core Data Platform (the central enterprise data warehouse), Customer Management Platform, enterprise reconciliation tools, and our analytic data products — both internal and customer-facing, including AvidAnalytics. The mandate: turn data into products, not just reports. Earlier at AvidXchange I led 230+ ERP integrations supporting half of new growth revenue, ran a 20-person BI organization, and started as the company's first data analyst.
Before product: six years in the Marine Corps, including a deployment to Iraq. Building in crypto since 2016 — founded a decentralized social network, helped grow a charity crypto project from $100K to $15M, and published academic work on smart contracts. On the side I run MarketMind, an autonomous trading bot on Polymarket and Kalshi.

Roadmaps people can repeat back. Owners with names. Done is defined before we start. Ambiguity is a tax I refuse to pass to my team.
Hire trust, then get out of the way.
I look for craft and judgment, then unblock and protect. My job is to make decisions clearer, ambiguity smaller, and the path to ship shorter.
Data over drama.
Twenty years of BI taught me that most arguments dissolve when someone runs the query. Strong opinions, weakly held, well-instrumented.
