I lead the Data Product domain. Set strategy and roadmap for AvidAnalytics, our tiered embedded analytics offering (Lite, Advanced, Premium). Grew adoption of our existing reporting by 300% since taking over. Supporting enterprise-wide data governance pilots on Microsoft Purview and Databricks Unity Catalog.

Owned 230+ ERP integrations supporting 50% of new growth revenue. Managed a team of 15 PMs and multiple directors across seven Agile engineering teams.

Salesforce product owner. Led the enterprise rollout of Xactly for 100+ commissioned employees. Built CSAT and feedback dashboards from GetFeedback data.

Owned 1,000+ custom reports, 175 customer-facing reports, and 3.3M+ SSRS subscriptions. Unified customer records across Salesforce, NetSuite, and the EDW.

Stood up formal team structure, Kanban, and the company's first Azure DevOps adoption. Launched self-service Power BI on OLAP cubes for 1,000+ users. Partnered with executives on IPO-readiness data work.

Grew the team from a single analyst to a 20-person function across data science, data engineering, and CX analytics. Pushed the analytics org from tactical reporting into enterprise-wide decision enablement, partnering with execs to embed data into strategy, product, and ops. Drove KPI alignment using a balanced-scorecard approach to make performance comparable across departments.

The company's first data analyst. Created the first Master Data Management ID, linking transactional and qualitative systems for end-to-end analytics. Deployed the first executive dashboards covering onboarding, ops, finance, and product. Doubled as Salesforce administrator and built scalable processes to analyze onboarding data, helping the relationship management team reduce attrition.

Deep-dive analyses in Audit Command Language (ACL) and Tableau to surface data-quality gaps and trend differences between retail and online. Led capability requirements for next-gen content management tooling, evaluating Oracle, IBM, and Adobe.

My first home in BI. Built territory heat maps and install-base reports in MapPoint, Xcelsius, and Excel for account coverage and market penetration. Ran SharePoint as Site Collection Admin, with custom lists and InfoPath forms for data collection and approvals. Led the data side of acquired-company integrations across 150,000+ customer accounts using Hoovers and D&B for validation. A long stretch that overlapped with college and the Marine Corps Reserve.

NCOIC, Billeting. Deployed to Al-Taqqadum, Iraq February to September 2009 as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom, supervising the relocation of $100M in equipment. Earlier in 2008, awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for actions performed in Norway with the Marine Expeditionary Brigade.
